Booking Terms And Conditions
Please take the time to read and understand the conditions of booking set out below prior to booking a trip with us.
We strongly recommend that you also read the Essential Trip FAQs & Information relating to your trip prior to booking to ensure that you understand the itinerary, style and physical demands of the trip you are undertaking.
By booking a trip with us you are deemed to have agreed to these Booking Conditions (which constitutes the entire agreement between you and us) and your booking will be accepted by us on this basis. The services to be provided are those referred to in your booking confirmation invoice.
Deposit, Cancellations & Refunds
A non-refundable deposit is required to be paid which may vary from different tour categories. Please read Trips FAQs and Information for the exact deposit amount. You can also cancel the tour as per below timeline for each tour category:
Package Tour: You can cancel the tour up to 58 days prior departure
Travel on your Own: You can cancel the tour up to 40 days prior departure
Travel with Host: You can cancel the tour up to 90 days prior departure
Round the World: These tours required 100% payment and are completely non-refundable.
Please note the the above time span can vary from every individual tours so we suggest that you read our Trips FAQs and Information prior to any booking and payments.
In cases, where the initial payment is done more than deposit amount and the tour has been cancelled by you before the above mentioned time-span, we shall refund remaining amount (excluding deposit) to the same account from where the booking was done within 15 working days.
Trip cancels by the Company
If DreamsVoyager cancel your trip, your deposit and payments will be refunded in full. However, if our cancellation is due to any unpredictable circumstances beyond our control, the reasonable expenses that we have already paid for the process of the trip will be deducted from your deposited.
Acceptance of risk and Liabilities
DreamsVoyager is dedicated to serve best by completing our duties honestly to make your journey smooth & successful. However, we shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstance beyond our control such as govt. restriction, bad weather, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay etc. We would like to inform you that you need to take all risk on yourself such as damages or injuries or death resulting from these natural risks.
Passport & visas
You must carry a valid passport and have obtained all of the appropriate visas, permits and certificates for the countries which you will visit during your trip. Your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the duration of the trip. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of the correct visas, permits and certificates for your trip; please refer to the FAQs & Trip Information for details. We are not responsible if you are refused entry to a country because you lack the correct passport, visa or other travel documentation.
Travel insurance is mandatory for all our travelers and should be taken out at the time of booking. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation with a recommended minimum coverage of US$200,000 for each of the categories of cover. We also strongly recommend it covers cancellation, curtailment, personal liability and loss of luggage and personal effects. You must provide your travel insurance policy number and the insurance company’s 24 hour emergency contact number on the first day of your trip; you will not be able to join the trip without these details. If you have travel insurance connected to your credit card or bank account please ensure you have details of the participating insurer, the insurance policy number and emergency contact number with you rather than the bank’s name and credit card details.
